Finding the ‘why’ for Irish Defence Forces.
The Irish Defence Forces is an incredible organisation with opportunities at every level for all types of skills and talents.
But as is often the case, they were having a hard time communicating this abundance of possibility.
The Muses conducted a deep-dive into the reasons why those who work in the Defence Forces joined in the first place. Armed with this data, this campaign came to life to encourage people to join - with a subsequent 80% uplift in new joiner enquiries.
The 16 pieces of radio and podcast creative and 1 social film was written, produced and delivered by me, working alongside a small team of my chosen few.
The Film
Repurposing existing archive footage into a new edit with a killer edit and script to match, set off with a spinetingling VO delivery.
